- Using an AED: Get hands-on experience with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), a crucial tool in reviving individuals during cardiac emergencies.
- Managing Bleeding and Wounds: Understand how to control severe bleeding and treat various types of wounds to prevent further harm.
- Handling Shock: Learn to recognise the signs of shock and provide appropriate first aid to stabilise the victim.
- Treating Minor Injuries: Gain the skills to handle minor injuries such as burns, scalds, and fractures, ensuring proper care until professional help arrives.
- First Aid Regulations: Familiarise yourself with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
